This is a (not complete) collection of our favourite places around Brno. All places have been linked, just click on the names of the places, coloured in pink. Most of these places are in or near the historical city centre.

Saturday morning outing: the vegetable market on Zelný trh
Czech cuisine: Stopkova
Vietnamese Restaurant: Go
Cocktail bar: Super Panda Circus
Flea Market: Bleší trh Brno, once a month, on Saturdays
Park: Park Moravské náměstí (Can you spot all the chair statues?)
Book shop: I just recommend to take a look around inside one of the smaller book shops in the centre!
Gift/Souvenir shop: Place Store, Brána ke zdraví, Info Centrum
Museum: Any-The temporary exhibitions are for free in all of them!
Path for a walk: Around and inside the walls of Špilberk castle or between the villas of the Kraví Hora neighbourhood.
Sports venue: Hangar bouldering centre
Christmas Market: The Brno Christmas Markets! All seasons are nice and fun in Brno but if there is any other event that is worth coming back for, it is the Christmas Markets, on the smaller and bigger squares of the centre.
Honza’s favourites:
Pizza: The La Patas restaurant’s Pizza Romana (it is topped with a cranberry sauce!)
Czech restaurant: Pegas
Pub: U Poutníka
Viewpoint in the centre: Vyhlídková věž, Stará Radnice the lookout tower of the Old Town Hall, the Brno dragon resides under the tower as well!
Waterfront: Brno dam
Place for spa: Kohoutovice Aqua Park
Our favourites:
Running path: Next to the garden party venue, the path on the other side of the river and the hills above it which offer nice views of Brno.
Confectionary: Větrník (we recommend the cakes named větrník and věneček) or Caffé Piazza in the centre.
Cinema: KinoArt
Club: Metro
Outdoor swimming area: Riviéra
